Director of Business Operations
The Director of Business Operations is a key member of the St. Paul’s School administrative leadership team, working closely with the Head of School and Board of Trustees to support the school’s financial strength and operational efficiency.
About the Role
- Oversees key areas of finance, accounting, budgeting, and school business operations.
- Supports payroll, employee benefits, human resources, and compliance.
- Works with school leadership on budgeting, financial reporting, planning, and internal controls.
- Manages student billing and works collaboratively with Admissions and other school departments.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant financial-management experience.
