Field Trips

At St. Paul’s, we offer a comprehensive field trip program designed to enhance and complement the curriculum for our kindergarten through eighth grade students. From kindergarteners exploring a local grocery store to sixth graders delving into history at the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum, our goal is to transform classroom lessons into tangible, real-world experiences.

Our middle school students embark on week-long excursions to Catalina Island, AstroCamp, and SCICON. These trips aim to bring theoretical classroom concepts into the practical world. We often observe that students who find certain topics challenging in the classroom thrive when they experience them firsthand. Additionally, participating in extended field trips fosters a sense of community within the class. Engaging in task-oriented field activities in groups enhances communication skills, builds self-confidence, and strengthens teamwork abilities.
